My name is Nabil, and I’m your coordinator for Beach Volleyball and Volleyball. I used to be an active volleyball player in the Austrian league.
Nowadays, I’ve discovered a real passion for organizing tournaments and bringing people together through sport.
I was a player when the UN games were held in Crete back in 2005. So yes, those were the days…

Competition

Beach Volleyball
The tournament will take place on Thursday 7 and Friday 8 May at Lyttos Beach. There will be 3 courts available.
The competition will be held in accordance with the Official Beach Volleyball Rules 2017–2020.
Currently, we have 10 teams for Beach Volleyball, with the possibility of reaching 12 teams. Expect two days full of fun and competition.
Indoor Volleyball
The tournament will take place on Thursday 7 and Friday 8 May at the Nea Alikarnassos indoor hall.
We will have two courts available for both Men and Women.
Currently, we have:
- 3 complete Women’s teams, with the possibility of 1–2 more teams
- 5 Men’s teams, with the possibility of 1–2 more teams
Get ready for a tough and enjoyable competition.
The competition shall be held in accordance with the General Rules of the Games and those of the OFFICIAL VOLLEYBALL RULES 2025-2028.
The 2025 rule changes related to:
1- Screening-player actions at the serve
2- Positions for the serving team
3- Balls passing outside the crossing space
